Wonderz Chosen by The ProFIT Berlin Innovation Fund to Develop Groundbreaking Privacy Friendly Analytics for Creative Companies
Wonderz will introduce the concept of its privacy friendly analytics engine to investors and press at Slush for the first time. The company has been selected by the ProFIT Berlin innovation fund to research and develop their innovative analytics solution.
Chief Technical Officer from Wonderz, Daniel Matzke, commented on the aims of the project:
“Wonderz is developing a platform for distributing kids' content to mobile devices. Entertainment companies upload content to our CMS so end users can watch it through a mobile app. Naturally, entertainment companies want to know what content is popular and how the app is used to improve its offering. Therefore, we aim to extend our platform with data analysis tools that automate the process of data aggregation and evaluation. Since we are operating in the kids' market, special laws apply to protect the privacy of children. “
Privacy and data issues have become a burning issue for content creators and their current inability to create better and more focused content for their fan base is cited as one of the most pressing issues in the industry today.
Wonderz will be working with the renowned law firm Noerr in order to work towards ensuring compliance with international and national data protection law.
Dr. Daniel Rücker LL.M. from Noerr added:
“We are pleased to work with Wonderz in this innovative project, and to support the development of groundbreaking privacy-friendly analytics.”
The innovation project began in the first quarter of 2022 and expects to deliver its finding in the third quarter of 2023.
